The days of staying in one job for a lifetime have long passed us by. There are numerous reasons for this and I myself am one of the people that have moved around quite a bit in my career to gain new experiences and skills. This career trajectory has enriched me and has enabled me to offer my employers more because I have a deeper well of information to draw from. I am not sheltered or afraid to take on new challenges. I am not afraid to engage others in leading. I am not afraid to change. The only thing we should fear is being stagnant and irrelevant.
