Loyalty

The days of staying in one job for a lifetime have long passed us by. There are numerous reasons for this and I myself am one of the people that have moved around quite a bit in my career to gain new experiences and skills. This career trajectory has enriched me and has enabled me to offer my employers more because I have a deeper well of information to draw from. I am not sheltered or afraid to take on new challenges. I am not afraid to engage others in leading. I am not afraid to change. The only thing we should fear is being stagnant and irrelevant.

Focus on engagement and loyalty comes as part of the package. Engage your workforce. Make your workforce part of the process. Empower them to lead with you.
