Have you ever did a trust fall? It has been a while since I did a literal one. They are scary and I encourage you to be sure the group you are working with likes you at least a little bit, lol.
All jokes aside though, I feel like every single day is a trust fall. I wake up with the desire to live fearlessly! I want to go after every dream, goal, and milestone that I have put before me. Sometimes though, I take a peak, I stutter step, and I stubble backwards. I don’t lean in. Sometimes I fall, but I fall backwards. I had a couple of those days recently, and yet on every side of the fall there were hands to push me back up and forward.
Surround yourself with positive, like-minded people. It is a trust fall for sure but it makes the landing softer.
